Our trip to Vietnam in the centre of the country begins with a visit to the Cham Art Museum in the seaside town of Danang. Built in 1915, this museum contains nearly 300 sculptures created between the 7th and 15th centuries. We will understand the importance of the ancient Hindu kingdom of Champa (192 - 1832) established in this region.
Transfer to Hoi An. On the way, stop at the Marble Mountain. Workshops reveal skilled stonemasons. Tam Thai Pagoda and Huyen Khong Cave invite us to climb the mountainside. An elevator can be used.

Day dedicated to immersion in the typical atmosphere of the countryside. Embark for a walk on the Thu Bon River to reach Kim Bong village.
The craftsmen of this village have been working with wood in civil construction, shipbuilding and furniture for nearly 600 years. They have left their mark on many architectural and religious works in the country.
Bike ride through pagodas, old houses and craftsmen's workshops. This is the opportunity to marvel at the refined pieces.
Our next destination is Tra Que, a village renowned for its small ecological gardens. Discovery of the methods used in pesticide-free and GMO-free plantations of the 20 types of vegetables and herbs. Suggestion: Take a foot bath with traditional herbs.

this city.

Transfer to Hue. The route you take follows a pretty coastal road that leads to the beautiful beach of Lang Co.

visit of the city centre of Hue, walk to the quay of the Perfume River.
Panoramic tour of the former imperial city Hue. We follow the Perfume River to the pagoda of the Celestial Lady (Thien Mu). Built in 1601 by a local lord, Nguyen Hoang, this Buddhist pagoda is wonderfully located, overlooking the river facing the mountains on the horizon.
Return to the city to visit the imperial citadel, where the last emperors of Annam, of the Nguyen dynasty, lived until 1945.
Located in the surrounding countryside, in peaceful places, the tombs of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh feed our curiosity in the afternoon.
On
the way back, we discover all the secrets of making incense sticks.
Drive to Thuy Bieu, a quiet village specialized in grapefruit planting. We plunge for a while into local life by cycling along the paths shaded by grapefruit trees. Cooking lessons with a family and tasting of dishes cooked ourselves.
Return to the city centre for a bike ride to the peaceful countryside via the Thanh Toan covered bridge. The Dam Chuon lagoon covers an area of 3000ha and is inhabited by about 300,000 people who live mainly from fishing and rice farming. Excursion by boat to immerse yourself in a still unspoilt nature. Meeting of local fishermen and discovery of their fishing techniques. Watching the sunset, seafood tasting in restaurants built on bamboo poles.
