Our terms and conditions of sale

The sale of Vietnam Exploration products is subject to the following conditions:


All prices mentioned in the quotations sent to the Clients are in Euros or Dollars.

Vietnam Exploration announces and guarantees prices in quotes, invoices. But this can be modified in case of force majeure (the appearance of a new tax, etc.) with or without prior notification from us.


Reservations are made at the headquarters of Vietnam Exploration.

The written confirmation of Vietnam Exploration by the form of the invoice on behalf of the Customer or the Agency that will be sent by fax or email.

The payment of a deposit is obligatory: 25% of the total price of the stay

By confirming the order, the Customer authorizes Vietnam Exploration to represent him in the relations with the service providers, in particular to sign on his behalf the documents issued by them.


Payment methods:

> In cash

> By credit card. In this respect, the customer accepts the debit of his card, without any possible dispute.

> By bank transfer

All bank charges related to these means of payment are the responsibility of the Customer.

Any delay in payment entitles Vietnam Exploration as of right and without recourse, to terminate this contract and to proceed to the cancellation of its reservation and the taking of the entire deposit deposited by the Customer or the Agency.


In case of cancellation of his trip by the customer, whatever the reasons, he agrees to pay the following penalties according to these scales:

For 2 * and 3 * services
For 4 * and 5 * services
more than 45 days before the start of the program
50 USD / group + expenses of the possible flights
50 USD / group + expenses of the possible flights
31 to 45 days before the start of the program
5% of the price of the trip
10% of the trip price
from 11 to 30 days before the start of the program
10% of the trip price
15% of the trip price
from 1 to 10 days before the start of the program
20% of the trip price
20% of the trip price

In case of cancellation by Vietnam Exploration for reasons related to a situation of force majeure (policy, natural disaster, air transport, ...), the Clients are fully reimbursed but can not claim any compensation.


The Customer may, before the start of the trip, transfer his trip to a third party who must fulfill all the conditions of the travel arrangement. The transferor must inform the agency long enough before departure.

The Customer who transfers his trip and the transferee are jointly and severally liable for the payment of the total price of the trip and the costs of the transfer.


Vietnam Exploration are required to communicate to Customers in writing:

> Passport and visa information as well as the health formalities necessary for the trip to enable the traveler to collect the necessary documents.

> Other information relating to the preparation and implementation of the trip requested by the customer.

> For travel and stays of minors, the information allowing to establish a direct contact with the child or with the person in charge of his stay.

The Customer must provide Vietnam Exploration with any relevant information that is requested or that could reasonably influence the running of the trip. If the traveler provides incorrect information that incurs additional costs, these costs may be charged to the traveler.


If, before departure, one of the essential elements of the contract can not be fulfilled, Vietnam Exploration must notify the traveler as soon as possible, and in any case before departure.

The Customer must inform the agency of its decision as soon as possible and in any case before departure.


As a receptive agency, Vietnam Exploration does not manage the travel and assistance insurance policies of its Customers.


Vietnam Exploration undertakes to provide the Customer with all the services mentioned in the quotations or validated contracts.

The customer agrees to comply with all regulations and directives announced by our team. Anything outside the scope of the contractually established program is not the responsibility of Vietnam Exploration.
